Who doesn’t love Paris?! I mean, it is the fashion capital of the world and it is where you’ll find one-of-a-kind literature, art and architecture. It’s like at every turn there’s something historic to take note of. It is one of the places I’d love to go back to again and again! Can one ever get tired of Paris? I don’t think so!
If you’re about to decide on a trip to Paris, I’d recommend that you stay at L’Hotel Paris. Ok, maybe just visit it at and maybe try and get a peek of the rooms. Yeah, you get it, the place definitely is not ‘budget friendly’ but it is so worth visiting at least once in your lifetime, if you can. Even if it were for that staircase only.
Each room is uniquely-designed! No two rooms look alike! It isn’t that wide but I think that’s the charm of it by maintaining its original look. There are emblems on either side of the entrance and when you are inside the hotel in the center hall and glance up you’ll see the amazing balance of the structure, the division of the rooms and hallways. The walls in the foyer are decorated with sketches by Jean Cocteau and the celebrities that frequent the hotel are Sean Penn, Johnny Depp, Al Pacino line up the walls of the bar. Yes, I can name drop.
All rooms in L’Hotel are really luxurious! As in an over the top kind of way but really super nice! I wouldn’t mind to stay at the Mignon Room again with its rich Napoleon III styled décor, damask wall coverings and Japanese-inspired bamboo furnishings. Oh wait! The Bijoux rooms with Baroque and IndoChinese elements look wonderful too! Even the Chic rooms are very opulent with their silky and richly-colored curtains, bed and pillows. And! They even have an indoor pool for those who want to unwind after a day going around the museums and galleries. Ohh I wish my next Paris visit I could stay there.
